@JGoode: you’ll need to turn on the force install option inside of themeit. you’ll have no problems after that.

@sercal1: i’m not sure what you’re asking. if you’re referring to the add ons, then no…they’re free with the purchase of the theme.

jixer i know you’re gonna want to shoot me but could you reget the zip files, i updated them with the newest native weather code. thanks

i have seen when im outdoor i cannot see so good in the light with this theme… when will be a light version ? will it be very long for this?

@Rajeev: try to redownload and reinstall it. there was an update yesterday that you might have been downloading while it was updating. may have dropped some files.

@Erik: ?? none are supposed to be white, smaller, or grey. i would suggest clearing your cache and respringing. if that doesn’t work. uninstall and reinstall the theme.

Dacal ur newest LS widget is the best LS thing created so far. Looks gorgeous. all one needs in a LS widget. thanks a lot man

My clock is unthemed

Anyone having issues with weather.app? Took boss off of winterboard and it works. Put JUST boss on and nothing else and it’s not working.

Still the same problem as others here:

Probably because it uses Native Weather and you don’t need to put in your location, you just need to download weathericon in cydia.

@jiXeR I’ve been trying to find someone who can help me get my boss siri mic working, since the update it as gone back to stock. All the files are present still, and I’ve only marked boss.theme in winterboard with no luck fif7y and slate have run out of suggestions, any help would be greatly appreciated

@Shawn Donnelly I’ve used iwipe cache, marked only boss.theme to see if it was just a conflict with something in winterboard, Ive uninstalled and reinstalled, @Slate004 tried to create the icons in a winterboard package, still no boss siri mic :/ It doesn’t change how I feel about the theme, I still love it,I just really like things to be complete, and it’s eternally frustrating not being able to fix it. If you have any other ideas, or suggestions, I’m certainly open to them. Thanks in advance

did a restore, rejailbroke, and reinstalled the boss theme, all is well now. To all the amazing modders, keep up the good work guys and gals.

Would like to know how I could use that Boss circle lockscreen widget, help?

I never could get any of the gps enabled things to work for me with my location…the thing seemed to crash every time I launched it. I just enter my yahoo weather tag into the config.js file. If you go to weather.yahoo.com and then type your zip into the box…upon hitting return you should see your code in the URL box toward the end…it’s like 6-8 digits long I think. If you need any more help…I am working but will check my email from time to time. Shawn.donnelly29@yahoo.com

@NICE THEME: no, that wouldn’t have anything to do with SB widgets. try a reboot and see if that fixes the issue.

@Johnny: all you need to do is download the icon pack and uncompress it (double click on the file you downloaded). once you have the uncompressed folder, you just need to load that onto your phone, which is a little more difficult to tell you how to do without knowing more things like what operating system you are using, and if you have openssh installed on your phone. if you already know how to ssh into your phone, then just connect in and move that folder you just uncompressed into your themes folder located in /private/var/stash/Themes.XXXX (XXXX being different on everyone’s install). once it’s moved into the themes folder, you just need to go into winterboard and select it, then respring.

Can someone tell me how to activate Boss Faceboook App Skin by Kane Walters? I downloaded, checked in WB, Resprung and nothing changes.

@Jjdukes: easy enough. just go to ‘/mobile/documents/’ and click the ‘edit’ button in the top right. then select the folder and then click the clipboard button in the bottom left. this will pull up a sliding menu that will show a couple buttons. press the ‘cut’ button. this will hold that folder in memory while you go to the themes folder. once you’re in the themes folder, click ‘edit’ in the top right, then the clipboard button in the bottom left. and select ‘paste’. then just go into winterboard and select it.

@Jjdukes: ok, here’s the thing. i’m not too sure how you got it or how it’s sitting on your phone, so let’s just start from scratch. how are you downloading the zip file? are you using Safari Download Manager?

@Jjdukes: ahh, yeah, i would have to assume that weathericon is the problem. i just took a quick look and it looks like it hasn’t been updated since 12/5/2011. so, chances are that it’s not compatible. but i don’t have it, so i don’t know for sure. you can definitely use the one by schmilk, but you wouldn’t have weather on your lockscreen since it relies on weathericon also. you should really try the touchspin lockscreen in the extras package in themeit for boss. it’s probably the best lockscreen i’ve seen.

@JiXer I’m going to try the one by Dacal. When I click on download it opens in ifile. Do I need to use zipviewer to open? Do I just move the whole zipfile itself to themes folder or do I go into zip folder and move all the individual files to themes. Thanks

@Jixer I got it working! The Dacal animated lock screen. I unpacked the zip file which I didn’t do before. Now I need to know how to remove the stock iPhone time/date from home screen and change temp to farenheit as it appears to be in Celxius and ill be golden. If you could help 1 more time I’d really appreciate it. Thank you.

@Jjdukes: you can do it multiple ways, but the easiest is to download either Springtomize 2 or Lockscreen clock hide.

Am I the only one experiencing problems with the updating of boss? For some reason, I have no option to download and installs the theme again..

@Kelzo: well, to my knowledge (unless something has changed in the past day or so) thee is no iOS6 SB widget. it’s just the regular one. are you sure you’re not seeing the i4 and i5? that means iphone 4/4s and iphone 5, not ios 4 and 5.

@JiXeR: I just thought that the widget on the lockscreen, could show what your currently listening to. Images of albums.

JiXeR, do I get this right? That it is possible to change how your lockscreen is designed, through JPEgifer. Can i chase the picture inside the frame out, with for an example a picture of my girlfriend?

Noob question: How can I get the DAY MOD pckg from ThemeIt successfully? I seem to be able to dowload the file 100% just fine; but it’s when it gets to the ‘processing’ part where it errors out, something about downloading a partial file from ThemeIt. Then it just sits there at 0.03% stuck – the only way I can get out of it is by killing the process from my mulitask list… Any assistance is much appreciated! This is an awesome theme

Is there an update for anyone running 6.1.2? I have the 1.4.2 download and my 4S will not accept due to the compatibility.

@JiXer Sorry I was not clear. On the home screen launcher page where you see all the app icons and previously the widget was there with the date on one side of the temperature on the other now I only see the instructions, the text for how to install the widget. The widget itself is no longer showing. I never changed anything that’s just how it was when I woke up this morning. Does that make sense? I can send you a screenshot but I’m not sure where to send it

@Jjdukes: oooooohhhh, it’s because the widget updated. it’s no big deal, all you need to do is go in to ifile and put back in your location code. any time a widget updates, it resets back to default. so you’ll have to go back in and reconfigure it.

@Jjdukes: no problem. generally, when i find a widget that i like to use, i configure it, then i change the name of the folder so that when an update comes along, i don’t have to reconfigure. BUT, you might miss out on new features if that widget gets updated. just a tip in case that’s the way you want to go.

When i try and change wallpapers nothing happens unless i expand a folder then it has the new wallpaper where it splits and when i close it it goes back to the same one again. Any help pls?

Oh sorry well in winterboard i4.sbwidget and day i4.sbwidget is checked. So they should be the only ones running i guess?

@JiXer. Never mind. I fixed the widget but can still use assistance getting Boss Circle Lockscreen Widgets by Svink to work. I’m doing it all on the iPhone and not connected to a computer. Not sure if I’m extracting to the right location (Library/Themes)

@JiXer I think so. So walk me through this. I’m clicking the link to the Svink LS Widget about on the iPhone, opening it as an external link in Safari which puts it as a zipfile in what appears to be a dropbox window. In the upper right I click Open in iFile and then it gives me the options (Zip Viewer, Unarchiver, Evernote, Dropbox). Which do I use?

@JiXer okay, so far so good. I unzipped it, clicked on main folder and see the 3 folders. I click edit right? Do I cut or copy them to move them?

@JiXer Paste them into ‘/private/var/stash/Themes.xxxx/ folder?

@JiXer Oay that worked and the LS widget is working. I changed language to EN and tim to 12hr but I put in the correct weather code next to var locale, same weather code I used for boss.i5.SB.widget and it’s not working. The weather icon in upper right on LS widget has nothing in it? Any thoughts? I’m suppossed to enter the weather code after “var locale” right?

@JiXer i think this is unrelated to the circle lock screen widget install this morning but right now I cannot download anything to my iPhone. Songs podcasts or apps. Any thoughts? I know last night I installed and deleted the files for the widget multiple times but I don’t think I ever deleted anything other than circle lock screen files while in I file. I’ve restarted the phone multiple times and still cannot download. Any expertise or opinion you can share would be greatly appreciated

@JiXer Yeah, none of the settings are wrong. Hmmm. I’m stumped. I can connect to itunes and sync as long as I don’t update the OS right? That will at least sync the downloads. I haven’t connected since I JB. Can I also back up to the MAC if I connect in case I need to do a hard reset and re-jailbreak?

@JiXer let me ask you this. I’m having that problem where I cannot download to the iPhone that I mentioned before : my questions is can I restore from an iCloud backup from a few days ago (before my problem) without losing my jail break? Just a thought.

@JiXer. That’s what I’m afraid if but I have no choice. Are the JB community working in a 6.1.3 JB or are they waiting for iOS7 do you think?
